Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water gradually and knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, sriracha, and green onions.
- Divide dough into small pieces and roll into flat circles.
- Place a spoonful of lobster mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal.
- Steam the buns for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
