- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Form dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Let cookies cool before serving.
