A quick and easy pudding and cool whip dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 box instant pudding mix (any flavor)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 container cool whip (8 oz)
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine instant pudding mix and milk.
- Whisk until smooth and thickened.
- Fold in cool whip until fully combined.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the crushed graham crackers.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Add a layer of chocolate chips if desired.
- Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Try using different flavors of pudding for variety.
- Can be topped with fresh fruit or nuts.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
