Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup jam of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Make an indentation in each ball with your thumb.
  7. Fill the indentation with jam.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  9. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
