Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
  3. Add flour, almond flour, almond extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  5. Make an indentation in the center of each ball.
  6. Fill each indentation with raspberry jam.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
