- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
- Add flour, almond flour, almond extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in the center of each ball.
- Fill each indentation with raspberry jam.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
