Delicious raspberry walnut thumbprint cookies with a sweet fruit filling.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add flour, walnuts, vanilla, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Form dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Make an indentation in the center of each ball.
  6. Fill each indentation with raspberry jam.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
