- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add Rice Krispies and stir until evenly coated.
- Form the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the chocolate mixture, covering completely.
- Return dipped balls to the baking sheet and chill until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
