Description
Classic Russian tea sandwiches featuring a variety of fillings.
Ingredients

- 8 slices of white bread
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup smoked salmon, sliced
- 1/4 cup capers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one side of each bread slice.
- Sprinkle dill over the cream cheese.
- Layer cucumber slices on half of the bread slices.
- Top with smoked salmon and capers.
- Cover with remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.
- Trim the crusts and cut each sandwich into quarters.
- Arrange on a platter and serve.
