Description
A delicious seafood boil featuring crab legs and shrimp.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds of crab legs
- 1 pound of shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound of baby potatoes
- 4 ears of corn, cut in half
- 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Water, enough to fill the pot
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add Old Bay seasoning.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the baby potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the crab legs and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3 minutes.
- Drain the seafood and vegetables.
- Melt butter and mix with minced garlic.
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the seafood boil and squeeze lemon juice on top.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Serve with additional lemon wedges.
