A delicious seafood boil featuring crab legs and shrimp.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of crab legs
  • 1 pound of shrimp, deveined
  • 1 pound of baby potatoes
  • 4 ears of corn, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Water, enough to fill the pot

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and add Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Bring the water to a boil.
  3. Add the baby potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the crab legs and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3 minutes.
  7. Drain the seafood and vegetables.
  8. Melt butter and mix with minced garlic.
  9. Drizzle the garlic butter over the seafood boil and squeeze lemon juice on top.
  10. Serve hot.
