Description
A selection of sides that pair well with crab legs.
Ingredients
- Butter – 1 cup
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Lemon – 2, juiced
- Parsley – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Potatoes – 2 pounds, boiled
- Corn on the cob – 4 ears
- Asparagus – 1 bunch, trimmed
- Coleslaw mix – 4 cups
- Vinegar – 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise – 1 cup
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley, then set aside.
- Boil potatoes until tender, then drain.
- Boil corn on the cob for 10 minutes, then remove.
- Steam asparagus for 5 minutes until tender.
- Mix coleslaw ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve crab legs with melted butter and sides.
Notes
- Adjust garlic to taste.
- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
- Coleslaw can be made a day ahead.
