- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add vanilla extract and baking powder, and mix well.
- Stir in flour until combined.
- Form the dough into a ball.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before enjoying.
