- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup corn kernels

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat and rice.
- Add corn, bell pepper, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the lobster mixture.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
