Snickerdoodle apple bread is a delicious blend of cinnamon, sugar, and apples.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar mixture for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and granulated sugar until light.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Great with coffee or tea.
- Try adding nuts for extra crunch.
