Instructions

  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the diced apples and walnuts.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
