Delicious snickerdoodle blondie bars with a cinnamon sugar topping.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, then stir until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
