Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
