Instructions

  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Fold in cinnamon chips gently.
  7. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle over the batter.
