A delicious blend of snickerdoodle cookies and creamy cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 package snickerdoodle cookie dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well.
- Stir in sour cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Spread half of the snickerdoodle dough in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining dough on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Chill in the refrigerator for better flavor.
- Serve with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
