Delicious snickerdoodle cookies made without butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut oil and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar for rolling.
  7. Form dough into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar.
  8. Place on baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Cool on wire racks before serving.
