Delicious snickerdoodle cupcakes made from a box cake mix.
Ingredients

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, milk, and oil.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add cinnamon and mix well.
- Line a cupcake tin with liners.
- Pour batter into liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla to make frosting.
- Frost cupcakes and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Notes
- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
- Best eaten within 3 days.
- You can add more cinnamon to taste.
