Delicious snickerdoodle cupcakes with cinnamon and sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of each cupcake.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
- These cupcakes freeze well.
- Adjust cinnamon sugar according to taste.
