Description

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon for coating.
  7. Roll the dough into balls and coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  8. Place the balls on a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  10. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
