Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup crushed snickerdoodle cookies
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In the last few minutes of churning, add crushed snickerdoodle cookies.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

- For a sweeter flavor, add more sugar.
- Ensure the ice cream maker is frozen before use.
- Store in an airtight container to prevent ice crystals.
