Delicious snickerdoodle ice cream made in a Ninja Creami.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker bowl.
- Freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once frozen, process in the Ninja Creami until creamy.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cinnamon sugar on top before serving.
- Ensure the mixture is well-chilled before freezing for best results.
