Healthy and delicious snickerdoodle protein balls that are easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder.
  2. Add almond butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  3. If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
