Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, blend pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle it on top of the batter.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
