Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the snow crab legs to the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and salt, then remove from heat.
