- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
