- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell down the middle.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell.
- Place the lobster meat on top of the shell.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and add lemon juice and garlic.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
- Serve hot with additional lemon if desired.
