Description
A rich and creamy lobster bisque that pairs well with various sides.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in flour, cook for 1 minute.
- Add white wine and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in seafood stock and tomato paste, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, add lobster meat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Blend until smooth if desired, then serve.
Notes
- Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
- Garnish with fresh herbs.
- Pair with a crisp white wine.
