Ingredients

- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
